Back when Jordan Peterson actually talked about interesting and things rather than conspiracies or subtly bigoted topics. I honestly really loved watching Jordan talk about psychology and stuff like this. He's just a completely different person now and I can't stand him.

As usual, he rambles on about talking points of no relevance to the topic he should be discussing by using fancy contrived words to mask the fact that he's totally clueless about what he's saying. The fact that he's so popular speaks volumes about how we've gone wrong as a society collectively because if we were a healthy society in raising our young men, then people like him or Andrew Tate would not be looked up to because they're not good role models.

I have always been called smart by various people. I have done relatively nothing with my life since school. I have a feeling our way of gauging things doesn't really matter anymore because everything is going to become something we did not expect. Society is going to morph into... something unexpected.

You should be with someone who celebrates you not tolerates or puts you down. If a person is like that publicly they will be horrible privately.

It fun to watch her confidence wain as her every move is thwarted.

I found useful bits of advice here (in the beginning), but I think assigning tiers of jobs you’d be qualified for based on IQ was a pretty silly. The idea that you can reduce somebody’s usefulness and aptitude at a huge variety of things with one number is a lapse of mathematical reasoning.

Open your eyes - reminds of a college classmate who was always looking at the ground. She ignored me for 2 years, then started flirting with me when her jealous boyfriend cheated on her. Even while flirting she looked at the ground and just played with her hair without saying a word. Just total incommunicado. By the end of the third year she went back to ignoring me completely. Then she got pregnant a few months later. I saw her again a year after she had given birth, apparently not wanting to be in that position with a guy that had cheated on her but would not let her say two words to other men. I had a mentally and emotionally abusive parent who pulled me out of public school at the age of 12. We moved to a secluded area where I wasnt allowed to socialize or be involved in anything that would contribute to my growth and success. I was constantly told that I had various mental and medical conditions and brought to the doctors many times for no reason resulting in misdiagnoses. At 15, I left and went back to my other parent who put me back in public school. Due to my lack of education and past trauma, high school was a disaster. I struggled socially and academically, I was a big target for bullies. I failed every class, repeated tenth grade, and was advised to drop out by the guidance counselor. So I did, but later got my GED. I always felt that I am more intelligent than I believe myself to be. I always had a passion for reading and a yearning for knowledge. I have no trouble comprehending what I read but I often feel inadequate around those who are more articulate and sophisticated than myself and I just feel hopeless and stupid. I currently work in a factory but dream of a more fulfilling career. I’m unsure if I am simply unintelligent or if it’s the trauma preventing me from success. I wonder how many intelligent individuals hide their depth beneath the surface.

This particular video hasn't aged too well. Dr. Peterson either doesn't understand what he calls MGTOW or he's making a strawman argument. When women initiate 80% of divorces, win alimony and custody in 2 out of 3 family court cases, there's good reason to avoid any potential legal entanglements with women. No marriage, no cohabitation, no additional or unwanted children. Morals, ethics, values principles and the ability to control your biology is the true foundation of a high value man.

You should use any of your female friends from work or school or whenever. What I mean by use is to hang out with, take photos together, or even record a video while she's talking highly of you. upload those to your social media to show your whole circle of acquaintance because Such photos or videos are the best key to making any other girl interested in you. If you are popular with some girls, then random girls will have an attraction toward you even if they don't even know you. Remember, my dear, it's okay to want but never need, because neediness turns into desperation.

It’s not about changing him, it’s probably about relieving their trauma because it’s familiar and comfortable. Also because of imposter syndrome where they don’t think they deserve better. Lack of self love and self respect because of childhood trauma and abuse.
